35cm x 35 cm x 10cm - ESSENTIAL for grilling meats, fish and vegetables over the hot coals in a wood-fired oven. Just rake the coals out over the oven base and slide the grill over the top. It turns the oven into a BBQ in seconds. Any food oils or liquids just burn away leaving the oven base clean. The cast iron needs conditioning in a hot oven first, just oil and bake for 1 hour.

Ceramic fibre Insulating blanket

7.32m x 61 cm x 25 mm roll. Rated to 1260C.
We supply 128kg/m3 density fibre for pizza ovens.
This blanket is an excellent insulator and will stop heat escaping from the oven core if laid in three 25mm layers. Depending on the oven size, 1 or 2 boxes will be sufficient for most oven installations.

120 cm x 100 cm x 25 mm. Rated to 1260C.
A high tech replacement for vermiculite/perlite cements. Recommended under the oven base for stopping heat loss. Install the concrete slab support as usual and then use this product instead of 100 mm vermiculite concrete.

These refractory clay stones are perfect for holding a steady heat under your loaf or pizza and really help with oven spring and crust formation. Heat for 45-60 mins at 230C before baking.

We have standard sizes which will fit most single or double ovens. Non-standard sizes can be made to order and take around 3-4 weeks.

Terms

Many of our pizza tools come from Italy (apart from the budget range) and have been made by the finest dedicated pizza tool manufacturer since 1986.
They are the best available to our knowledge.

We make some items to order and others are bought or imported in as stock runs low. Most items are available in about a week unless otherwise stated above, please be patient as delivery times can sometimes vary as it is out of our control. We endeavour to list only the finest products and we do not engage in price wars with other companies to offer the lowest prices- if you want the lowest possible price go on line and search, you will always find someone, somewhere, cheaper. We are a specialist business and our reputation is based on honesty, fairness and fair trading.

All prices are correct as of 28 June 2010 and are for the delivery of one piece at a time.

It makes sense on smaller items to combine several things together to bring the overall price down as the shipping charge is calculated by size and weight. For other items like ceramic fibre blanket, rigid board and other construction materials, delivery is calculated on a weight basis and are usually shipped straight from the manufacturer unless we have stock.
